About the Founder
With over 9 years of counseling experience, my approaches are neurodivergence and kink affirming, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, integrative, and collaborative. Some modalities used include narrative relational sex therapy, internal family systems, somatic, existential, and mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapies.
That means you can feel comfortable bringing all of yourself to session without having to worry about compartmentalizing aspects of your identity, culture, gender and sexuality. You can expect a provider who has the capacity to hold multiple truths, respect your beliefs, and challenge patterns of behavior in a supportive way that facilitates lasting, positive change. There is no quick fix here, and sessions will often be weaving through the tapestry of your life at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
What Can You Expect in Therapy?
- You can expect to feel surprised at how comfortable it can be to feel seen and heard.
- You can expect to laugh, cry, and connect with many other emotions you may not have access to right now.
- You can expect therapists who hold any guilt or shame you may feel with integrity, compassion, and benevolence.
- You can expect to understand yourself and others more.
- You can expect to learn self-advocacy and nervous system regulation skills that empower you to take up space in the world.

My fee ranges from $175 to $300 for individual sessions and $200 – $550 for couples or multi-partnered therapy. Immigration evaluation rates are determined collaboratively factoring in time, complexity, and client needs. The FAQ explains how to self-determine sliding scale rates for therapy, and I welcome conversations about money during our consult. Solidarity pricing is also available for those wanting to contribute to this financial ecosystem by subsidizing sliding scale access.
